In tokyo, there's a restaurant called mikawa and er. Inside is a small, temporary restaurant with a bar that seats may be six people. The chef sits behind the bar in which he can slowly unfold hour handras. And then you just dip whatever you just fried into the sauce, and eat it all at once.
