The Role of Pots in Vertigo
Someone who pots is more likely to have what we call an adrenaline surge and they could then feel really tired afterwards. Movements like burpees are going to be quite triggering if they haven't got well managed pots. But the evidence around exercising pots is actually really strong for building up cardiovascular capacity and building up muscles of the legs and the core. That squeezes on the blood vessels and can help someone have less episodes of high heart rate.
