How the US Will Hold Irresponsible States Accountable When They Fail to Uphold Their Commitments to Stable Cyberspace

Timothy Stanley: I think the concepts that they are laying out here are really great. What I want to see more of is, okay, where are the dollars going? What's the accountability? How much liability should there be for those who break rules in cyberspace? He says we're not just going to act like this is limited to the internet anymore. This is the law and we're going to start applying the law like we would any other law breaking internationally. Stanley: It'll be interesting to see what actually happens, what makes it all the way into implementation and widespread practice. But I sure am supportive of what they're trying to do here.
