Alf and Elf is a horizontalist group, if you can call it a group at all. It works similarly in structure as the umbrella label Antifa does. These are people taking autonomous underground action in the name of a given group. The phrase we are everywhere seems to cycle through all these different kinds of movements that are based in autonomous activities being taken up.
