Why Don't We Want to Make a Wrong Decision?

We assume that the more time we spend making a decision, the better it will be. People who are decisive make wrong decisions because they don't do their research as a flip in a coin or weigh pros and cons. The people who are deciding seem to operate in this really inefficient way. They start one thing and then they do something else. And fundamentally what's happened is we've started to surrender our ability to shape the rightness of an outcome.
