Introduction
The National Interagency Fire Center websites have been down for some time. Spain is dealing with what the Spanish government is calling eco terrorists or fire terrorists, 90 fires in the last four or five days they're blaming on this whole situation. Texas is seeing an increase in wildfires and there was even a 300 acre fire in New Mexico near anemas that started today as well. The red flags have been increasing day by day, mostly because of winds, not necessarily humidity or anything else like that.
