How to Prevent Bleeding Prophylaxis
The size of a sophogio varix depends on who will benefit from parisee of bleeding prop axis. Patients with small verises but also have either bleeding stigmata or advanced liver disease that increases the risk of bleeding are more likely to need prophylaxis. Propan used to be used, but not as commonly now. And so if you can bait a heart rate down to 55 or 60, there's good evidence that you've brought down the poral pressures to a safer state. So nataa or carvetaa and then we titrate based on heart ray, trying to get into the 55 to 60 range is a good starting point.
