CNN's John Sutter sits down with incident management expert Emily Kuchins. She started her career in customer support at Apple, then moved into technical support over the phone. Now she works as an incident manager for a tech company called Send Grid. "I like to cause problems by and large, and then I make incidents for other people to wind up solving," she says.
