I don't love measuring out things, i really do. I never have resisness of it. It is a different kind of intensity than locking into a recipe. You're in a zone for many hours, and nothing enters that zone. And so you don't get that opportunity in life these days that much. So maybe there's something to it that i really appeals to me.
