The Problem With Toxicity in the Workplace
In my opinion toxicity in the workplace has become a very major issue in private sector banking. The evidence is out there it has been there for some time if you look at social media in these employee sites. A lot of this originally came from HDFC Bank and we have a video also to that effect which went viral I think a month ago. Now again thankfully Mr. Sashidya Darshan has mentioned this in his annual report and he's made it very clear that the bank has zero tolerance for such behavior but that it will take time for this culture to be removed.
