What You Learned From Your Book Proposal
After years of trying to write novels and never getting an agent, i had e depression. Got this idea about pop slowly started working on a book proposal after writing an essay that went semi viral in a literary way. It took a full 18 months for these things all to go down. And i rewrote the proposal top to bottom three different times even after its initial promise seemed to be there. Finally, a my agent sold at for 20 thousand dollars. Which i'm not complaining about that amount of money. I think most people would agree,. though it unless you're in a very desperate spot, 20 thousand dollars, after taxes and net of agencies, as an a large Amount of Money.
