Last year, I didn't realize that it was happening to me again. You were getting big again. It's a level of delusion. So this is what happened when I got injured. I got injured in December of 2020. Right. When I finally became mobile again, I had lost all this weight, but I had lost muscle and fat. Yeah. And then my tour gets crazy, I'm bringing a trainer on the road, but I start to get, I wouldn't say I got lazy with lifting, butI got lazy with diet again.right. The way that I heard it, it wasn't like you look great. Like I'm telling you now you lookgreat.
