i'm sure you've come across people, or even had the experience yourself, where they're actually working while sleep. So i know that feeling of kind of bringing your work and your responsibility with you nto a night's sleep. For years when i've fallen asleep at night, what i've done is falling asleep focusing on my breath. And it kind of sets that intention for me.
