Equity Kicker - I Don't Want It, I Want It

We did this, you knowi not necessarily just to save money, but more so. because we think that there's talent all over the planet. So i think we've gotten really lucky with some of our early hires and they've ended up continuing to flush out a really nice quality teamy. All quarrals that ever frustrate you when you have? You ever tried to motivate like someone f everone with a little equity kicker? It likes to get more of their time? But they just don't understand it, or they don't care about it. I can't use equity to motivate these folks. And tho like at i don't want it. I telegrate.
