Tying it into the physiology like this is fairly unique, I would say. It's an amazing way to think about it because we all do spend such an abnormal amount of time in a fight or flight state for what our physiology is designed for. And so I introduce something I call the bubble, and this is a technique that's helped many of my clients become more resilient in the face of potential triggers. So these are a different strategy or set of principles but incorporate the resonant frequency breathing to help someone let go of that negative energy that we sometimes absorb and or drains us.
