The Importance of Being Bold

Being bold is going against the green with a new idea that you know is the right thing to do, but do you have the guts to do it? I've had four different vacation rental operators approach me since November asking about open book management. If you don't have something you're going to be bold about this year, I would challenge you to choose something. Go ahead and take a risk, do something you feel strongly about and do it. It's like I'm in the dark. You have to turn the light on.
