Mark Morano is a longtime climate denier on questionable sex podcast talking about the 15-minute city. The idea here is they're going to make your experience living everything within a 15-minute walk. They've actually had videos now of some of these practices where they have gates up for people trying to escape. If you leave, you have to pay a fine. These 15-minute cities are frightening and they'll start out more liberal than you could imagine but then there's nothing to stop them from constricting.
