I Need You Back in My Life, Lord, Because I Am Broken
If forgive ness, in this crude sense of remission of penalty comes in, this is valued chiefly as a symptom or a seal. Not someone saying, what do i have to do to be forgiven? It's some one saying, i need you back in my life. In other words, i don't need god to say, bryce, you're forgiven as much as i need god to says, i'm here again. That's repentance.
