If suing for libel is legal, then they 're just going to assume it's true. And that distorts, that's unfavorable to the poor who can't do that. It also assumes we can like ntively say truths with certainty about human motivation and and whether o r something was meant as intentionally harmful in a libelous context. Now, that's like, humans ur ust too complex to have a verifiable and objective proof for that in now. If we talk about motivation, that psychology and detist so complicated that i don't think anyone has developed any sort of rigorous proof system out there.
