I put a huge emphasis on science, in what the science says. And that's intuitive to us, but it's not to a lot of people who think science is just there. Probably a more direct example would be embryonic stem cells. Most republicans were opposed to using all embryonic tem celvs and felt we should stop all research. I remember getting a call from somebody very close to him and saying, what are you doing? That's one of many examples.
