Are You a Trusted Confidant?
I think it's good to know yourself temperamentally. There are some people who just need to externalize in order to process. Just because somebody has a great deal of responsibilities doesn't mean we can indulge in criticism that might undermine their leadership role. I'm thinking here of like the things you see on the internet that make fun of politicians. Like, is that a good thing to indulge in? Maybe not.
