"I cannot tell you the number of times I begin talking with somebody and I start with I'm probably wrong," he says. "When you program yourself to think that way, you don't have those restraints that many people have where they feel like they need to be right before they ever suggest or dream up something." He adds: "A little bit of rebellion actually helps spark the question of what else can you do? And we need way more of that"
