What's Moving the Congressman?
The issue has arisen primarily in cases involving the death penalty and gay rights. People are concerned that the more we consult with courtz from abroad, or institutions from abroad, it will partly be the same old group of slightly left winged people consulting with each other. Or, more importantly, what will happen is a watering down of our american values. I think this might be a spill over there. But regardless, i think there's something deeper.
