How Did You Get Your First Production Experience?

i think being curious about other people's jobs is the way to go. If you're the writer on set, then you're also the writer in post production. The thing that sort of terrifies me is, like, knowing what all these moving parts are. I've worked with some of the great show runners who were just like, stick by me when i was thinking, i'm not yet a producer. Just stick by me and watch what i do. So much of it is, thereis skill of but there's also just like setting the tone and making sure they don't yell at each other.
