The Importance of a Parliament

Our current political system cannot be changed that way. Conditions change and they could lead to dramatic change but say a parliament for America would only come on the other side of that process, it could not help initiate that process. And I think it's the fantasy if only we had x y and z institutions, you are in a desire to appear reasonable. You have made invisible, the steps that would have to get you there.
