How to Deal With Social Media Distraction at Work

I do think the social media is a big distraction at work especially if you're you don't work in social media. I partly agree that some social media sites might be beneficial if they're blocked but also at the same time you can't stop people checking their Facebook for five minutes if you don't want to.
