The Overview Effect

I like how you keep looking at things from the perspective of aliens. I'm curious because in the book, you talk about this concept of an overview effect. And we've been fortunate to have Chris Hadfield here who spent 200 or 300 days orbiting the Earth taking pictures and actually tweeting them back in the day. Both mentioned that seeing the Earth from up there made them think differently.
