The Inability to Engage Nuance

I've been rapping about police brutality since 2010. I think we ask police to do way too much, which causes way too many violent interactions. Policing is a problem in our country in general. The police get called on way too many circumstances and issues. However, every particular issue is not a racial animus issue. And so for me, I'm like, how do we address this and talk about this issue in a way that's honest?
