Chronic Hypertension and Superimposed Preeclampsia in Pregnancy
Gestational hypertension is blood pressure elevation after 20 feet foot gestation. It often results by 12 weeks postpartum and really the outcome in management is relatively similar to normal tens of pregnancies. Chronic hypertension with superimposed preeclampsia is a target with my MFM colleagues, a little bit of a not straightforward diagnosis. And there are some suggestions that these patients have possible worse return of morbidity compared to other forms of hypertension.
