Am, my semi cynical view is that this was an attempto to create a pill that more closely mimicked the natural menstral cycle and the chan the natural changes in hormons. But in in reality, it doesn't change efficacy. It doesn't really change side effects. And so i don't prescribe monoo canit profits so i stickto monophysicand unless somebody comes in with their pill pack and says, i want these exact pills, and then i'm happy to do that.
