The New Hops Coming Out

Chris: I personally am very excited about the cold IPA or the IPL, the India Pale Lager utilizing different yeast to work with hops. Now I'm really thinking that we're going to see in 23, 24 that cold IPA is going to be the next move. And you know, because Scott and I spend so much time with the brewers, it was about two years ago that lagering started to become this huge debate about bringing it back for slogging versus traditional.
