Russia has purchased about 40 million pounds of uranium since last August. The Western nuclear utilities, as of now, are still not voluntarily signing new contracts with Russia for conversion for enrichment for fabricated fuel. So what's happening right now is even though the United States, the EU, and most countries in the West have not actually literally banned Russian uranium products from coming into their countries.
