Sarah May: This is an episode all about overwhelming stress, anxiety and worry. If you are having a hard time being quarantined or maybe you're just reading the news a lot right now because of the coronavirus,. Maybe you're also freaking out about the economy regardlessYou're getting overwhelmed and maybe anxious, depressed, obsessing, feeling like that doom and gloom overwhelm. So I wanted to start this one off by just asking everyone to take some slow mindful breaths with me. Just take some deep slow breaths. And just get in our bodies, just get present.
