Russell 2000 - What's the Pink Line With the New Highs?
The Russell 2000 held its June lows a little bit better than the other indexes. This isn't one of those straight 45 degree angle bull markets, it's struggling to gain traction. I think it's going to be tougher in the first quarter. And probably really strong in the fourth quarter, making it a little worst six month sideways action. But you never know what happens with China, Taiwan, North Korea, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Ukraine.
