Chris Harder: Don't confuse opportunity shifting with opportunity going away. Do not look at the headlines, do not hear what's going on and mislabel it as opportunity going away because instead it's opportunity being created. The economic world is certainly shifting, no doubt about it. Rates are high, but not comparatively to history. Inflation is high, butnot comparatively to history, still very livable. And the corresponding layoffs, while they're happening at the bloated fat tech companies that have been rolling with teams that are way too big for way too long.
