Are You Recommending a Foly in Patients With Renal Failure?
Bill, i'll ask you first, do you generally put a foly? Let's say this patient was aleguric creatin two point six. I'd be ok with not having a foly in this paratienc since we have so many other edeologies at his renga flaer. We don't really need a fully just to measure your on output and make ourselves satisfied. But if you have a man who comes in with renal failure, and it's undetermined what the deology is, a a foly can be diagnostic and therapeutic.
