How Great Is the Plan to Draw a Swastika at a Jewish Dorm?

There have been a couple instances, but the large majority are actual hate crimes. How do we know what is it left is doing false flags? They're all in the yard. Swashing is on the Jewish dorm. I mean, what? 900 times out of out of one. But that does not preclude us from really dealing with the actual hate crimes that do exist.
