How to Reduce Pain During Running
Try to run a little bit slower, even if you because we know what like we're talking earlier, there's more peak load going to your knee joint if you're running faster. You can avoid downhill running, that quite useful as well, because we know that if you run downhill, you'll get more peak loading as well. And once your body tells you, yeah, it feels fine, meaning pain during is minimal. The pain doesn't stay for more than an hour after,. There's no stiffness that's falling morning, no increase in stiffness, I should say - then you're good to increase gradually and just listen to your body.
