Is There a Gap in the System?

Mapping is a tool that you can start to bring into any complex challenge or inteaa, whoistic a space that you're working on. It's about taking in the bigger picture and then using that as fuel for design indnovations and testing new ideas. And i ike wouldn't say it if i didn't believe it. Like, i really think this is a really powerful tool that leads to more effective, more holistic, more ethical solutions when we're taking in the big picture.
