There's some interesting science actually with procrastination. There are seven attributes that a task has that makes you more likely to procrastinate with it. And so the more of these attributes that atask has, the more likely you are to put it off for another day. We're like, when you don't make your to-do list doable and you just keep putting things off for another days.
