The Supreme Court and Privacy

The Supreme Court has had a year of leaks. The justices are saying, wait, people's information can be on line. Do you have a framework for how to balance this institutions justifiably serious prerogatives around its privacy and confidentiality? I think if you asked me that question when i was working in journalism, i would say that my interest in protecting the institution itself was just about zero.
