How to Make Your Workplace Fun

I want people to go home from work every day and talk about work. And I want their family members or the husband or the wife, whoever it may be, to sit down and think, wish I were there. That sounds like a great place to be. Why can't we make it a load of fun? How often do you see this stuff people posting? It's Friday, it's the end of the week, can't wait till the weekend. So for me, it's really important that businesses take that seriously because we're not on the planet very long and we spend a lot of time at work.
