What Is the Biggest Scary Noun?

Nouns that have what English with breakup is lots of little words and little phrases and it just gobbles it up into a long stew of letters. It looks like the at least this we call it an Inuit language, but I don't think the commoners care. What it's doing is different from the kinds of giant long compounds that we get in in Germanic languages or other places. But this has whole sentences or predicates and that are all one word.
