How to Deal With Doubt

Doubt is not something that's going to overwhelm you. Ultimately, your goal is to perhaps feel and deal with doubt in a way that is going to be both psychologically beneficial for a person but also help them to encourage a life of faith. So even being attentive to that experience of it, normalizing it and providing a model of somebody who is not freaking out about the perceived discrepancy can be very, very helpful to people.
