I think that the Disney company is being run in an absolutely first-rate way. I have no problem whatsoever with the gauge being employed or receiving benefits of a short term. The idea of Mr. Greenspan as far as exuberant is mute because if you remember how the Japanese, when they start to buy the real estate in America, they force us to pay high premium for the price. And we as Americans who are being accustomed to low PEs, now we're going to miss on and the price is going to continue going up.
