The Importance of Diversification in UX

The UX field is becoming more complicated, which will produce a need for diverse roles. If groups of people are siloized and products are passed around different teams, then you get really, really terrible products. It's just companies aren't ready for user-centered design if they've got silos, it just doesn't work.
