How Much Education Do You Offer to Brand Clients?
A lot of your work is about almost educating brand clients about what is possible and what they should be looking at. So something that we do actually offer is behavioral thinking and training, as well as the research itself. We still very much have a real split range, both within the client and across clients. Considering it's been around a long time, then I don't know about you guys, but I think the majority is still interested, but don't really know how to apply it day to day in commercial setting.
