How to Retrain Your Brain
When intrusive thoughts of bombarding you at a rate of one every five seconds, you have to constantly be on the pat of come back to the present. And if you have to do it a hundred times an hour, that's ok. It may feel exhausting, but weeks, months down the line, you won't be having to do it every five seconds. So i think it's something opposite is true, and something i'm very mindful now that i tht have reclaimed the space of my brain.
