There are between three and 7,000 people in Russia highly skilled that are in need of work. The way to look at I believe is you win a war by draining the brains of the nation. That's what happened in World War II was some of the best scientists from Germany being recruited by the US. And I believe that governments should follow this because what happened in the European Union is Russia bad Russian passport bad punish Russian passport. So why not if this is not happening? I do not know, but there are many, many people that are looking for work"
