The Three Problems With Modern Identity Formation
There's never a firm answer to the question of who are you because the search is never ending. How do you know when you've arrived? It is never enough. The modern identity places you at the center instead of God. And if it's self on the throne not the real God the Bible calls this idolatry we have made an idol out of exalting ourselves. So those are the three problems with modern identity formation. They're fragile, exhausting and simple. Whatever is sinful will enslave you. whatever is sinful will bring God's wrath against you.
